I have found 3 issues with the new character creation 1. The Male path doesn't allow breast size altering anymore 2. If thats intended (lame) changing breast size in the female path then going back to the start manually and choosing Male makes the character have breasts of the previously selected size 3. Minimum breast size is B-cup (an issue in and of itself) which combined with the previous issues means if you change your mind you can't have no breasts without exiting character creation entirely

obviously it would be quite difficult to show the absense of the breast slider if you select male so no image for that
