0.7.22 Bear from "Mug of Bear" Bite ability erroneous text, low damage

The Bear summon granted by the Mug of Bear has a Bite ability which was very clearly not designed to be reused for anything but low-level wolves; the use description makes reference to "the feral wolf's teeth" and "barking," and the damage is calculated in such a way as to be significantly lower than expected for a level 7 summon.

Suggested course of action: change the Bite ability to have a generic use description and better damage scalability.

it's a known thing by the powers that be, the bear will probably get a new at-will because it was just a themed set of powers picked out without looking too deeply into it at the time.
