[0.69.420-PUBLIC#1911] Primitive Slave Collar can be unequipped normally

According to the wiki the Primitive Slave Collar can only be unequipped by Urbolg or Shekka after Overseer Maike slaps it on you, but in the current build it can be removed simply clicking the "Unequip" button:

Attached: a savefile with the collar put on by Maike but freely removable.
