Celise now counts as a quarter-requiring crew member, even though when recruited she explicitly says she won't need quarters, and her description when approached in crew spaces states that "[she] has settled into your ship with remarkable enthusiasm, claiming a corner near some heat transfer pipes."
As result, a ship which previously was able to fly, now can't:
Would be really handy to be able to buy at least the mid-tier ships with more room, normally available from Tavros, even just one of them at least -- the limited crew space makes it pain in the butt to test/experience crew-related content.
