Not so much a bug as too simplistic logic check perhaps -- the "Cuddles" option for Liliana is enabled in the evenings, but as soon as clock strikes midnight the game thinks it's not night anymore/yet and disables the option, even though it's technically still middle of the night and definitely good enough time for heading to bed.
