... doesn't just move you east, but instead warps to this place:

Bonus errors: after moving west, you might trigger a fight. This fight can occasionally produce a crash:

The crash is not guaranteed. Am guessing it happens if Kara (who is playing sniper) takes out two enemies at the start of encounter, and there's only two enemies to begin with.

Bonus error #2: Lapinara Engineer (or Pirate Engineer) in the barracks is missing her portrait.
