Not sure if a bug or simply lack of variation in the scene, but when visiting Bhakar at Tavros station he always acts as if it's the first time you meet:
Additionally, all of his sex scene buttons seem to be missing game UI tooltips (except for the "FuckBhakar" which has one working normally) Though granted, these seem pretty self-explanatory:
