[0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1280] Storage Cancel: Item Duplication and Deletion

If you put an item in and cancel, it's not removed from your inventory, but is added to Storage, duplicating it.
If you remove an item and cancel, it is removed from Storage, but not added to your inventory, deleting it. If it's a single item, it shows a count of 0 the next time you look in Storage. It is deleted when you click Accept.
