Currently, while the Aim boost by equipping the "Muscular Stabilization System" implant on Dhaal is working, the MAX Aim boost is not. It seems that the Intelligence boosting implant, the "Cybernetic Subprocessor," erroneously provides a buff to max aim on top of its normal bonuses.
