After winning against the trio of rat thieves by teasing, the game bugs and keeps the combat interface up instead of going back to the regular game interface. The Result being that no victory scene text is displayed, just the buttons.
EDIT: A similar thing seems to happen with punk sec ops if they bring up a drone during the fight.
