The game seems to not be spawning the random captives that can be saved in the quest.
Not only that, but sometimes the fight with the war lion would occur as if there was a captive (Leave button disabled in victory menu) but not allow steele to rescue the captive (no Rescue button at all).
Not only that, but despite having 100% due to truckloads of won fights, I did not get all rewards.
