When a character hits level 10, after taking the level and clicking accept, the [Level Up] button will be greyed out regardless of the amount of stat point that have yet to be allocated. The button cannot be selected even if the player allocates some points but does not take a level 10 perk. This is different from the behavior observed in earlier levels, where stat points and perks can be chosen at any time after leveling up.
