[0.69.420 -BACKER#1308] Reaha's weekly payment events seem quite difficult to actually fire

With the way the event is set up in the code, the event will only ever queue to be fired when the player is inside the ship AND the player's movements/actions inside the ship land the clock at exacly 00:00 of the seventh day of the week (number of days divisible by 7).

If any movement/action somehow makes the clock skip over 00:00 to another value, say 00:01, or 1:00, or even 07:21 after a good night of sleep, the event will not fire and Reaha will stay in debt for an extra week.

And with the wat movement is set up in the game (some room movements taking 5 minutes, others 2 and so on), and that events that fire may make time pass any arbitrary number of minutes, it gets quite difficult to hit the zero hour mark at the end of a week.
