While in the pirate base, trying to get into the barracks causes a crash:

The [Override] button on the research base's door leads to a softlock, instead of a hacking mini-game. The [Next] button after it does nothing.

Still not merged in as of 0.69.420 -BACKER#1281

EDIT: By pure luck I managed to get through Dr. Khan's fight, but then the Juggernaut fight softlocks before it begins. the [Fight!] button does nothing.
