[0.69.420 -BACKER#1248] Bothrioc Quadomme encounters in Ara Kei's quest crash the game

Title. When trying to find the required 4 quadommes, when steele enters a tile where there should be one, the game crashes.

Awesome, they no longer crash. But the [Diplomacy] button used for the quest does nothing at all.
