After going through all of the process of recruiting Gianna, she goes through customs to the ship.
The game tells the player they can interact with her in the Crew menu.
Except...Gianna neither shows up in the Crew blurbs nor the menu buttons. No crash at all at this point.
But...sleeping in the ship or waiting a couple of hours results in a crash that mentions Reaha of all people:
