When dealing with the Motherhusk part of the quest, there's an option to either hack or brute force open a locked door.

Choosing the hacking option results in the crash:

A critical error has occurred. Please create a bug report on the forums here.

uhh, I guess I can rebuild. Do you have a save to test?

Meanwhile dying laughing that while engineers get a puzzle that's easier than anyone else, Bimbos or low IQ players get a harder one
