After finishing the shroom dungeon, with my solo char, Etheryn is still added to the party after the druid summit (this was the same on my main) even though I've never used any companions on this char. When I went to the waystone to remove her from party game crashed upon clicking change party button. I reloaded the game from last checkpoint tried again same result. Attached below the error text and save file.
It likely doesn't matter but in case it does the decisions during the quest were: short version, remedy elemental, kill dryad, chose left approach to first staircase, kill amalgam, solve puzzle, push trough, drink, kill tree, doze off.
