(0.6.30) Hair Tag Removal: Ice Rose not removing Wool Tag

The Ice Rose TF is not removing the Wool Tag from my character, which I read in the Discord is how it should work but It's not working for me. Whether I do raw TF and completely transform into boreal elf or just Laurel Sprig and change my head. Nothing works. I was reccomended to submit this by the person in Discord who originally wrote the mechanic in (Alypia) so here I am o7 !! I play on the downloaded version of the game for Windows, game is Version 0.6.30, attached are the images for my personal appearance dialogue before the TF and after the TF with the wool tag still in play. I can't post an error message since it's tag and dialogue based so I'm sorry I can't follow that Debug Post instruction. Hope everything I've provided helps fix this bug.
