[0.6.27] Ring of Fate, tile where grave robber succubi are encounter shows them being KO'd there despite choosing to scare them off

After encountering and defeating the grave robber succubi in the Grave of Saints, post battle with the tile I encountered them on the text erroneously says they are strewn about and unconscious even though I decided to spare them and scare them off instead. It might happen with the sex or kill options too, I didn't try either of those, as this was my in sole run thus far for this area.
