[0.6.22] Critical Error from using Scale Salve

I have a stack of 9 Scale Salves in my inventory, I am currently TFd as a minotaur after downing a lot of minotaur bloodwine for their Raw effects, and started to use the salve for a lizardfolk appearance. The error occurs anywhere from 1-5 uses essentially. I've included my save just in case you need it and here is the error itself:
