[0.6.21] Missing Arona Dialogue Options

In 0.6.21, I've been trying to get access to SubArona's "Dominance" and "Challenge Me?" talk options. No matter where I talk to her though, the options just don't appear. They were definitely there in previous versions, but seem to be absent now.

Have you had sex with Arona on this save? Challenge Me doesn't appear if you haven't had sex with her before.
