[0.6.20] Expert Inspiration bug with Song of Storms

The duration of the buff is doubled, but the weapon damage bonus disappears from the description after the original three turn duration and stops applying, giving you a weapon buff that does nothing. If you refresh the buff with Song of Storms again before the old buff finishes, it'll refresh the dead debuff to 6 turns of no damage bonus.

Some more poking around and it probably effects all limited duration weapon buffs, since the same thing happens with the weapon damage buff from Dawnbreak.

Another bug is that it doubles the duration of the debuff from using the Brand at-will powers like Thunderbrand lol. That one's not even a buff.

Expert Inspiration only extends the duration of the shielding smite buffs on your character, not everyone in the party.
