[0.6.19] Sariel's Golden Carrot encounter overrides the Taeleeran Longbow encounter

So, Sariel has two uniques she gates access to - the Golden Carrot, and the Taeleeran Longbow. The Golden Carrot expac is gated behind finishing CentaurQuest. However, if you finish CentaurQuest before curing Sariel, then the Golden Carrot encounter takes priority. This means she moves to the Marefolk Village before she can give you the Taeleeran Longbow, rendering the item inaccessible without console or save editing.
