Even after meeting Nieves, the vulperine codex does not update.
Pc here met Nieves (left screenshot), but vulperine codex is still missing (right screenshot). In this save, PC returned the amulet to Keros so no, they'll never meet Kinu or Raphael in this playthrough. So the only possible vulperine they can meet is Nieves so far.
