I'm not sure if this is intended - Etheryn can get blue ball debuff - even after I gave her dildo. I check my save on version 0.5.34 and 0.5.36. On 34 I can wait days and nothing happens on 36 she is already blue balled when you load and you will get scene after moving or waiting.
