[0.5.31] Critical Error on Storage Navigation

So if I have an entry selected in the "All" tab before moving to a filter, like "Equipment", and using WASD and the index of the selected entry is greater than the max of the filtered category, I get a critical error. Happened once when navigating to the bottom of the equipment tab itself(and after moving a couple things into and out of that tab) without changing filters but I can't consistently recreate that.

Long story short there seems to be some shenanigans with the index and filter navigation
