[0.5.29] level 7 Summon Talsenne

Noticed this when doing the quest to get the Ring of Fate and the Talsenne summon while testing the Cassidy summon text for another bug report.

The level requirement for the Summon Talsenne spell is level 7 which the player cannot obtain yet, so cannot be used. I know the player level limit will eventually be raised, so this may be intended and not a bug. I just felt to post it might be helpful just in case, as it has been a bit since the quest to get the summon was implemented.

This is intended - you can actually get a spell that is level 10, and a few other spells that are over level 6 for now.

There are several powers you can get that are higher than the current level cap, so yes this is intentional.
