The file in question has NOT rescued Kiyoko NOR has it triggered Rindo's concubinage event.
However, if you do "Miko Tease" in Rindo's Sex menu, Kinu is referred to, and the game acts as if Rindo is married already.
Also you can still ask Hotaru about Kinu in the People menu despite Kinu not existing.

Completely unrelated, but Flamebrand has the [Spell] tag but Thunderbrand does not. I don't know if this is merely a text problem or if it's also a problem with the effects.
