[0.5.19] Ninja Stylin' - Kohaku dialogue

This character started as male and became a hermaphrodite later. When Kohaku used the wrong gender in her first scene of the ninja quest I went to Meira and removed the character's penis to test it out and got the same text. I think that dialogue might use the pc's starting gender instead of the current one - if that's even tracked idk how it works.

I've been thinking about this too much so I ended up making a brand new pc that's female from the start and blitzing through the early game to reach Kohaku. I got the same text about the ninja outfits being only made for women. Does that dialogue just not use parsers? I tried looking into the console a bit, but I don't know enough to be able to find it.
