[0.5.0] Brint can't used ranged attacks in new Arena Armor set

New set, sounds cool, but weapon needs to be tagged as Ranged

Related to Brint's new set. The regular attack with the Trident deals more damage and the bleed ticks for more than his At Will, Bleeding Cut, making it almost entirely useless.

 

[Upcast Drake]

Net Throw has been fixed for next release.

We'll figure something out for Rend and Crowd Control too.
