[0.45] Mikos patsluttery breaks the timeline

After Mikos dialogue was updated for post pregnancy it seems that the pat sluttery option still pulls from when she still had them, so it gets to i'd say the halfway point andjust cuts to the end. It happens every time I use the option.(hopefully did this right first time reporting what appears to be a bug)
