[0.4.9] Companions missing powers on new characters.

When creating a new character companions are missing their powers.
Firefox version 90.0.2 (64bit)
Sorry if I'm missing any information, It's my first time posting a bug report.

Screenshots saying they have no powers equipped in combat

Can confirm it also happens when you change sets of level 6 companions. They start with all their powers, but when I change to a different set, they're gone. When I switch back to the original set, those too are gone. Tested with Brienne and Cait on the Steam backer version.

Also happens if you switch party members out for other ones for leveling up. Don't know if it was the mere act of switching members or the level up that borked Berwyn for me.
