Finding out that you get two riposte attacks if you duel-wield was a pleasant surprise, I hope it is an intentional interaction. However the combat text for the extra attack you get is cyrrently borked. It lists the second riposte's target as the attacker and you as the target, and brings up the target's off-hand weapon. Additionally, if the target gets incapacitated, the announcement of that facts gets buried in the middle of the output for attack and reposte resolution.
