Well, I'm really not sure if it is a bug or not. But when pc has sex with Kohaku for the 1st time, it says goodbye to her virginity even though the PC is pure female. Even though the PC does have a Ghostlight, it wasn't used in the sex scene.
Now I could be reading too deep or something since it could just mean a female PC claimed Kohaku's 1st sexual experience. She does mention this is her 1st time doing anything sexual. But considering this screenshot below and how I've seen the game do the virginity scene, she's still technically a virgin since she didn't get penetrated.
