The Cat Harem disappeared for me from the guest menu.
The bug triggered after finishing the renovation of the Wayfort and finishing Brienne's quest with her family as far as it goes so far.
It happened two times coming from CatHaremDis1, going through the entire questline with Brienne and then returning to the Frosthound. I just tried it again and couldn't reproduce it again, so maybe it's not as big of an issue. I just wanted to report it just in case.
The save CatHaremDis2 is after the bug occured.

Details:
- Cat Harem no longer appears as an option under "guests" in the frosthound.
- Waiting for over a week doesn't make them reappear.
- Cat Harem was pregnant while the bug occured.
- Events which feature the Cat Harem, but do not require you to directly interact with them did still trigger while waiting at the frosthound. These were the events where the cats come to you to update you on the stage of their pregnance.
- I tested another thing: Sleeping for roughly 30 - 40 days made the birthing event trigger and after that they reappeared around 3 days later. So my guess would be that the beginning of the pregnancy made them unavailible for a time and the bug was that the switch didn't get flipped back to make them availible again after a few days. Finishing the pregnancy made then unavailible again, but this time the switch got properly flipped to availible after a few days.
