So for the version 0.4.32 windows version, even though I kicked out Aileh out of wayfort, the Dragon in the Roost quest pops up (her romance quest). It appears for both of save edited-version and non-saved edited versions.
On the save-edited version, Aileh text pops up even though she isn't here.
As for the non-save edit version, while Aileh isn't on the tile the dragon in the roost quest still pops up.
