Not sure if this counts as a bug or not because the same thing happens in TiTS, but given how superficial it is it feels akin to a typo so I'm posting it here. A while ago I noticed that the game gives non-Orc player characters pink nipples regardless of skin color despite the fact it only really makes sense for one (pale). Obviously I don't expect physiological accuracy from this game, but given how good it usually is at accounting for all the other customization choices the player character can have, its odd that it doesn't take skin pigment into consideration. It didn't really bother me in TiTS because I could just edit my save, but if you do that in CoC2 you get a really annoying pop-up anytime you load it up which irritated me enough to say something.
