0.4.23 Exploration Critical Error (possibly fixed)

(when I was making this, an update went threw and I have not seen the bug again.)

This occurred when I chose to explore at the waystone in Hawkethorne. The AttemptAutosave and Reload Game buttons also failed to do anything when pressed after the error. I had to close the game in order to play again, notably the Journal, Data, and Menu buttons also didn't work but everything else was interactable still.

I started a new game and the error occurred again in the exact same spot.

I am playing off Steam version 0.4.23

The console error message says:

A hotfix was released that should fix the issue.
