There's conflicting information in the story about Gweyr's banishment, in the first few parts of Winter Wolf Hawkthorne was founded 20 years ago and Gweyr was banished 15-16 years ago, while in the later parts (namely in the lead up to Gweyr's return to Hawkthorne) she was banished 20 years ago, which would leave Hawkthorne as having been founded 25 years ago.
If we accept what we are told in the first Gweyr encounter, that she was banished 15-16 years ago, and this creates.... problems for Senja, who was not born until minimum 1-2 years after the banishment, leaving her likely between 14-15 years old.
If we accept what we are told in the later half of Winter Wolf then Senja is 19-20.
Sanders on the other hand is just weird, the timeline I've been able to piece together looks like this:
?? years ago- Sanders becomes a paladin, knocks up Lyana, and is strongly implied to have lost contact with her (both physical meetings and writing letters) over the course of his adventures
25 or 20 years ago- Sanders retires from adventuring, helps found Hawkthorne, Liaden is born
20 or 15 years ago- Gweyr is banshed, Sanders retires from Lumia
Present- Sanders says Liaden is 20.
So, with the way things are currently written, there's literally no time in Sanders back story for him to have wandered the north becoming a folk hero, he would have had to have retired from adventuring almost as soon as he started, which probably wasn't intended to be the case because everyone in the game agrees that his career lasted for years.
Basically Liaden can't be twenty, if we accept the version of events that leaves Senja able to consent then Hawkthorne was founded 25 years ago, making Liaden (25+ However long Sanders adventured) years old.
