[0.4.16 Steam Version] Baffle at-will [Solved]

Was sparring with Azzy when I noticed that despite being my at will ability, I could not use Baffle until it cooled down.

the very fact that you're able to steal baffle is an unintended behavior. that will be fixed in the next patch, iirc.

Yeah, not really sure how to move or delete it, I've messaged the mods but they haven't got back to me yet
