[0.4.14] Kiyoko Pregnancy Not Advancing Properly

Kiyoko pregnancy is not advancing over time, regardless of days passed or visits to the Astral Plane. Noteably, no sex/"Sharing Essense" with Kiyoko has been done, which itself advances Kiyoko's pregnancy. As per word of tobs, Kiyoko's pregnancy should advance a stage when leaving the Astral Plane, and an additional stage when having sex with Kiyoko.

This is a sufficient case, Kiyoko has been on the first stage of pregnancy for 10 visits to the astral plane.

This issue continues to persist in 0.4.14. Did some more testing, it appears that the first "Share Essense" scene, which leads to subsequent revelation that she is pregnant, might not actually impregnate her. Having sex or a second "Share Essense" will lead to pregnancy properly progressing without further lewdness. No additional lewdness after the first "Share Essense" won't lead to any pregnancy progression over time.

Still in build 0.4.30, steam release. Have not tested if second try works, but her pregnancy has not advanced past the first stage in over 10 visits.

As it stands at the moment, Kiyoko's first pregnancy (Kinu) only advances when sharing essence with her. Afterwards, subsequent pregnancies can be advanced by visiting and leaving the Astral Plane.
