[0.4.10] No actions available in battle

Occasionally in battle, you will have no actions available to perform (see screenshot).

My best guess for steps to reproduce:
1. Have a character that can draw aggro in your party
2. Enter battle and set battle settings to auto
3. Click auto rapidly
4. When said character draws aggro, there are no available buttons to click.

The game is not totally locked at this point, the rest of the interface still works as intended (you can click on your characters to see stats, hover over status conditions and see the tooltips, etc.)

Things like this have happened to me I just reload the game, I believe it happens when buttons are pressed in a rapid succession, I have gotten locked to where the screen is just the inventory and I could still move around. Even if I went back to the inventory it wouldn't fix but I still was able to walk around.
I chalk it up to player error.

Refreshing the page and reloading does work, but I notice that it always happens when a character draws aggro. That part is consistent.

Hmm that is a problem then. The enemy could be trying to nuke the character with the most arggo.
