[0.4.10] Brint cum regeneration

I noticed that after each sexual encounter with Brint, his (max) Current Cum and Cum Capacity get progressively lower.

Cum capacity value stops at 16200.
Maximum Current Cum however, decreases even further after each sexual act. It seems that the maximum cum threshold halves after sex with him, until he can only produce single digit ml of cum.

This was part of a Brint bug where his timers were all messed up. Boons and sleep perks never decayed, and his cum output never regenerated. It has been fixed as of current backer patches.
