Simply put, just finished talking with Salwah about "Womb Rental" and then decided to do the "Bath" option - which gave me this:
And I can confirm that it's the Bath option because every Talk option has the same result - even simply starting a chat with her causes it to mesh with the Bath scene.
Only reason I put 0.3.45 on the thread title is because this is the update that added actually building the Temple of Mallach, which is where I talked with her and noticed the issue.
