So I've done a relatively thorough bit of testing before writing.
The ear growth part of the TF doesnt proc. It will give you elf ears if you do not have them, but it will not grow them out.
Eye color changes dont appear to be changing to Boreal elf colors (although Im not sure what they would be if there are any.)
Those are the only stand out bugs that I've found.
