Not seeing anything on thia, so here we go:
version 0.3.39 of CoC2, decided to slap some drunk orcs in the Arona sidequest tavern and doing pretty well, when suddenly this happens about four turns in:
There isn't any button to proceed anywhere on the bar. Oof.
On mobile, Android version 11, hoping that mobile isn't one of the problems.
Addendum: Re-tried it and only happened the one time - don't know whether to think it's a one-off problem or sum'n I did;
Started off with Blinding Beauty, then Bolstering Song and then summoned Flame Spirit - and then whipping a mob on the fourth turn got me the screenshot.
Add-on: Can consistently reproduce this bug by summoning Flame Spirit and then attacking a mob via Ahprodisiac Whip - pretty sure it's the Flame Spirit causing the issue when I switched to using Mastbreaker for shits & giggles and tried the same thing.
