Somehow, despite Lyric being a girl and my char being a man with no feminine parts, he is now a mother to a kobold the very same day he thawed Lyric out. No pregnancy or birth, just walked into the nursery and suddenly had a kid. It's extra impressive given that my char is sterile and hasn't even had sex with Lyric yet. I guess that makes the kid a Kobold Jesus. Nice.

Aftet getting female Lyric and sexing her scene still fires up but atleast with Lyric mother. Additionally child name is randomize too much, it looks like you generate it every time you use it instead of generate it once at the beginning of scene. Later i will test it with proper Lyric pregnancy.

Even when Lyric is female and i got female variant of hatch scene it still counted for PC mother:
