I'm sure it's obvious but this scene is when you choose to have a meal with her, but anyway there's some redundant text during it. I've only seen the scene with her trapped inside the Astral Plane so I'm not sure if it exists outside of it, also she was not pregnant at the time not sure if that matters though.

Between the two of you, it doesn't take long for the miniature mountain of rice-stuffed pockets to disappear. The food isn't real — no matter how many you chow down on, you never seem to feel any fuller, but Kiyoko's presence is very much there. The kitsune doesn't say anything as she stuffs her face, but the sheer enthusiasm with which she does it and her animated demeanour tell you more than words ever could. "Ooh... ehe... I think I may have overeaten. But even if I have, I don't think I'm going to allow myself to regret a single moment of it." Kiyoko wipes away broken grains of rice from her cheeks and grins stupidly at you. Was all this just an excuse for her to give herself a treat? "Oh, don't be like that. I needed it, and by the looks of you, so did you. I just... this particular dish has special meaning for me, and I wanted to share it with someone I cared for." Pretty words to hide tricky intentions. "Oh, boo." Kiyoko snaps her fingers, and the dirty dishes rise off the low table and settle on the sideboard, out of the way. "Come on, now that I've had a nice meal, I'm feeling much more playful, or anything else you might want to get up to. Got any ideas?" The two of you spend a little time together, eating and chatting away the next hour or so as the meal gradually disappears before you. It's delightfully flavorful in quite the exotic way — Kiyoko is clearly an exceptional cook, and you don't think you could ever sample such tastes anywhere in the Frost Marches. However, the nature of the food is quite apparent — no matter how much you eat, you don't seem to feel any fuller. Nevertheless, that wasn't the point, was it? No, the smiling, demure kitsune on the other side of the table was the point, and she seems rather content with the whole exercise as the two of you pick the tray clean and finish up with a bit more tea. "Very satisfactory," Kiyoko says as she clears away the dirty dishes with a snap of her fingers. "It's always a pleasure to share a meal with you, Aster." No, no, the pleasure is yours. A laugh. "If you say so. Come now, then — we've still plenty of time ahead of us. I'll let you take the lead — what would you like to do?"

It's the same text that is at the end of every "Have Meal" option with Kiyoko so it may just be an oversight but I felt I should report it incase it was a bug instead.
