0.3.24 Cait is not getting Witch Outfit

Despite meeting Vivi Cait does not change into the new outfit.
I am able to meet Vivian again and talk about the Outfit one more time but after the second time I meet Vivian again it is unable to talk to her about the Outfit and not having any options to talk about Cait with outfit too.
The Error in Console is:

I am having Firefox Version 84.0 (64-Bit)

You do know you have to switch Companions' outfits manually, right?

No I have it active, but Cait does not change into it:

There are no busts for any Companions' alternate outfits that I know of, certainly not for Cait. Her powers and stats do change, though. This is just a case of no new art to supplement new game content. Not a bug.

I've seen that. I think it wasn't used as a bust due to the fact that, while HAWT, it doesn't really fit with the rest of the artwork in game.
